Since 1993, Kenedy Singer has been helping clients buy and sell real estate.  He started his career in Albuquerque with The Vaughan Company Realtors, the largest independent real estate brokerage in New Mexico at that time.  He spent three years with the firm and left as the top salesperson at their Montgomery office to start his own company, Olympic Real Estate.  It was there that Kenedy continued his sales of real estate and also expanded his services to include business brokering. 

In 1999,  Kenedy moved back to Santa Barbara where he helps both buyers and sellers of residential real estate.
